C2W Music Limited (MUSIC) has  advised of the following changes:

1. Messrs Derek Wilkie, Ivan Berry, Maxime Gousse, Clyde Paul McKenzie, Lowell Sly Dunbar and Mrs. Kristine Gibbon-Thompson resigned as Directors effective July 10, 2018
2. Messrs Mark Croskery, Drew Grew, Gerald Wight and Sheldon Powe were appointed Directors of the company effective July 10, 2018
3. The registered office address was changed to Unit 21 Seymour Park, 2 Seymour Avenue, Kingston 10 effective July 23, 2018
4. The approval of a change of name of the company from “C2W Music Limited” to “SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited” was authorized by the Register of Companies on August 8, 2018.

Based on the resolution passed by the shareholders of C2W Music Limited and the authorization of the Registrar of Companies, the Company has requested that the Company’s ticker symbol at the Jamaica Stock Exchange be changed from “MUSIC” to “SSLVC” effective Thursday, August 23, 2018.
