Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) has advised of the following changes to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee:
- Mr. Luis Ali Moya has resigned from the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Caribbean Cement Company Limited effective October 23, 2024.
- Mr. Alfredo Garza has been appointed to the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Caribbean Cement Company Limited effective October 23, 2024.
CCC has further advised that Mr. Ali Moya’s resignation is in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any issue impacting the Audit Committee or the Board or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board
