FosRich Company Limited (FOSRICH) has advised that at a Board meeting to be held at 9:00 a.m. on April 28, 2022, the Board will consider recommending to shareholders at the AGM certain resolutions to facilitate raising additional equity investment by a rights issue and/or additional public offering of ordinary shares. The Company has further advised that the resolutions include increasing the authorized share capital and approving a stock split.
