iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the operations of the Company has resulted in the delayed publication of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021. ICREATE expects to complete and publish the audited financials and annual report on or before April 30, 2022.
ICREATE has also advised that the Company has acquired a majority stake in e-commerce company, GetPaid Limited.
