GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that the Board of Directors of the Company will on Thursday, November 7, 2019 consider a resolution for the declaration of an interim dividend to be paid in December 2019.

GK has further advised that Mrs. Andrea Coy has been appointed Managing Director of Grace Foods UK with immediate effect. The post was previously occupied by Phil Cross, who is no longer with the Company.
