iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised that effective December 18, 2023, Mr. Kenneth Tomlinson, was appointed receiver and manager by Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited, the registered holder of a Secured Bond dated February 7, 2020. ICREATE has also advised that the Board of Directors’ meeting to consider the Spin-Off of the Company’s shares in Visual Vibe.Com Limited (Visual Vibe) has been postponed to a date to be determined.
