JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised that due to the overwhelming response to its Additional Public Offer made subject to the Prospectus dated October 15, 2019, the Company has elected to close the offer earlier than its previously scheduled closing date of November 11, 2019.
The new closing date is Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in Jamaica and at 4:00 p.m. in Trinidad and Tobago (the New Closing Date).
