Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) has advised that the Supreme Court has granted the orders sought in the court application, Claim No. SU 2020 CD 00417. The effect of the Court’s Order is that the Company may, as needed, conduct its general meetings during the years 2020 and 2021 either as hybrid in-person and virtual meetings, or as wholly virtual meetings.
