Kingston Wharves Limited (KW) has advised that KW Logistics Limited, of which Kingston Wharves Limited is the ultimate parent, has acquired the remaining 50% of the shares in SSL REIT Limited at a cost of US$473,000.00. SSL REIT Limited is the registered owner of a 110,000 square foot warehousing facility in Newport West in close proximity to the Kingston Wharves terminal. A change of the company’s name to KW Warehousing Services Limited is now in progress.
KW has also advised that the Company has adopted a Harassment Policy with effect from December 2019. A copy of the Policy will be uploaded to the Company’s website, www.kingstonwharves.com
