Margaritaville (Turks) Limited (MTL) has advised that Independent and Non-Executive Director, Herrick Dear, has tendered his resignation, effective October 17, 2025. MTL has further advised that Herrick’s resignation is not related to any disagreement with accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, access to financial information, remuneration arrangements of the Directors and senior officers of the Company or any other issue impacting on the effective functioning of the Board. Neither is there any disagreement with the future direction of the Company.
