Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that a connected party purchased 67,596 MIL shares on December 31, 2019.
MIL has also advised that Dr. David McBean resigned from the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of the Company effective December 13, 2019. MIL has further advised that Dr. McBean’s resignation from the Audit Committee is not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board. Following on Dr. McBean’s resignation, Mr. Walter Scott was appointed to the Audit Committee with effect from December 13, 2019.
MIL has also advised that Mr. Benito Palomino resigned from the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of the Company effective December 5, 2019. MIL has further advised that Mr. Palomino’s resignation from the Audit Committee is not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board. Following on Mr. Palomino’s resignation, Mr. Alok Jain was appointed Audit Committee Chair with effect from December 5, 2019.
