NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Thursday, February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the release of its unaudited interim financial statements for the three months ended December 31, 2025. NCBFG has further advised that an interim dividend payment will also be considered at this meeting.
NCBFG has also advised of the following dates on which its Board of Directors intends to meet to consider and approve the release of interim financial results and to consider any recommendations regarding the payment of dividends:
- May 7, 2026
- August 13, 2026
- November 12, 2026
