Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) has advised that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Lisa Johnston to the Audit Committee of the Board effective September 21, 2019.
RJR has further advised that the current composition of the Audit Committee is as follows:
- Carl Domville, Chairman/Director (Independent)
- Elizabeth “Betty Ann” Jones, Director (Independent)
- Lisa Johnston, Director (Independent)
- Glenworth Francis
- Andrew Leo-Rhynie
