Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised that the filing of the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2018 will be further delayed. Consequently, the Company’s 2018 annual report which would have been due by April 30, 2019 and the Q1 financial statements which were due to be filed on May 15, 2019, will also be delayed.
XFUND expects that the abovementioned documents will be filed on or before May 27, 2019.
