SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) has announced that further to its release on June 12, 2019, the Company has finalized the transaction with Alpha Imaging Limited for a minority stake. SSLVC finalized the transaction with an official signing on July 26, 2019 for “an associate stake of 20.0%” in Alpha Imaging Limited. SSLVC also advised that it is no longer pursuing Radiant Energy as previously stated in its release dated June 12, 2019.
