tTech Limited (TTECH) has advised of the resignation of Mr. Thomas Chin as a Director of the Company effective April 17, 2020. TTECH has further advised that subsequent to Mr. Chin’s resignation, the Board has appointed Ms. Tracy Ann Spence, an Independent Non-Executive Director, as the Chairman of the Audit Committee effective April 21, 2020.
