Victoria Mutual Investments Limited (VMIL) has advised that at a specially convened meeting held on August 10, 2022, VM Investments Limited shareholders overwhelmingly approved the VM Group Scheme of Arrangement which included the establishment of VM Financial Group Limited, the new parent holding company for VM Investments Limited.
Shareholders also approved the change of name from Victoria Mutual Investments Limited to VM Investments Limited. On November 24, 2022, the Supreme Court issued its Final Order approving the implementation of the Scheme. The relevant activities for implementation of the Scheme have been duly executed and VM Financial Group was incorporated on February 1, 2023.
