SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) has advised that effective September 13, 2019, Mr. Mark Croskery has resigned as Chairman and CEO of SSLVC to pursue other opportunities. SSSLVC has also advised that effective September 16, 2019, Mr. Jeffrey Cobham, the Executive Chairman of Stocks and Securities Limited, has been appointed Chairman of SSLVC. SSLVC has further advised that effective September 16, 2019, Mr. Zachary Harding who was been appointed as Group CEO of SSL Growth Equity Limited, will also serve as CEO of Stocks and Securities Limited and CEO of SSLVC respectively.
