Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that its Board of Directors will meet at a specially scheduled meeting on August 8, 2017 to consider whether to recommend to the Company’s stockholders that they consider a split of the Company’s issued shares at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 6, 2017.
