Proven Group Limited (PROVEN) has declared a dividend payment of US$0.0015 per share payable on March 12, 2024, to shareholders on record as at February 23, 2024. The ex-dividend date is February 22, 2024. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.2345 per share.
