First Rock Capital Holdings Limited (FIRSTROCK) has advised that the Company has restructured the Board of its subsidiary, Dolla Financial Services Limited. As such, the post of Executive Chairman previously held by Andral Shirley has been made redundant. The following non-executive appointments were made to the Board effective September 28, 2020:
- Chairman – Mr. Ryan Reid
- Vice Chairman – Mr. Philip Martin
- Director – Ms. Catherine Goodall
