GWEST has also advised that the Board of Directors of the Company has asked Mr. Wayne Wray, Mentor, to preside over Board meetings until a new Chairman has been elected to that office. Mr. Wayne Gentles, Finance Director, will assume the office of Executive Director with overall responsibility for the management of GWest Corporation. Mrs. Angella Porter has been appointed Manager, Administration, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and Mr. Arden Hamilton will continue in his position of Senior Accountant
