Corporate Secretary, Mr. Stephen Greig has also tendered his resignation effective April 17, 2020. Mr. Demetrie Adams was appointed as the new Corporate Secretary on April 17, 2020.

Mr. Devon Lawrence retained his position as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company.

The following appointments were also made: Mrs. Natasha Dixon as Chairperson for the HR & Compensation Committee and Mr. Ricardo Allen as a member of both the Audit and HR & Compensation committees.
