K.L.E. Group Limited (KLE) Advised of a delay in the submission of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016. KLE further advised that this delay is due to the fact that the Company has to carry out a valuation of its Shares. KLE expects to submit the financials on or before March 30, 2017.
