Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (MDS) has advised that, in keeping with the succession plan of the Company, Mrs. Myrtis Boothe will vacate the role of Managing Director. MDS has further advised that the current General Manager, Kurt Boothe, will transition to the post of Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2020. Mrs. Boothe will continue as a member of the Board in the role of Executive Director.
