Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that the Trustee of Sagicor Long-Term Incentive Plan sold 44,001 SJ shares to an Executive on March 28, 2022. This trade relates to the exercise of stock options pursuant to the Executive Share Option Plan. Sagicor has also advised that an Executive sold a total of 54,080 shares on March 30, 2022.
