tTech Limited (TTECH) has advised of the following changes to its Board of Directors and Executive effective March 1, 2018:
- Phillip Alexander is stepping down as Chairman but will continue as a Director
- Edward ‘Teddy’ Alexander will become Chairman and step down as CEO
- Christopher Reckord will become CEO and step down as Company Secretary
- Gillian Murray will become the Company Secretary
