NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised that on March 20, 2019, a total of 15,255 NCBFG shares were transferred to Executive Officers of NCBFG subsidiaries as a result of the winding-up of the NCB Employees Share Scheme.

On April 1, 2019, NCBFG provided additional updates on the status of the Guardian Holdings Limited Take-Over Bid, which can be viewed on the JSE’s website, www.jamstockex.com.
